China’s regulator the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has issued MVNO licenses to another eight private enterprises including home appliance chain stores Suning and Gome, and mobile phone national distributor AiSiDi. Virgin Mobile signs MVNO agreement with Telefonica in Brazil and Mexico

MVNO Virgin Mobile has signed an agreement with Telefonica’s Brazilian unit Vivo and Mexican unit Movistar to be the infrastructure provider of its operations.
